ADMISSION GUIDELINES

ADMISSION PROCEDURE 

 

Candidates for admission to “Post Diploma in Industrial Safety” have option to apply through ON-LINE mode ONLY. There will be no OFFLINE mode of submission of Application Form.

  1. Admissions to 1st semester “Post Diploma in Industrial Safety” shall be made according to the merit rank drawn on the basis of marks secured by a candidate in the qualifying examination through web based e-counseling.
  2. Application fee for Centralized Admission: The candidate has to make payment of application fee (Non-Refundable) amounting to (i) Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred) only during verification of documents at the Nodal Centre.
  3. Original Certificates, Mark Sheets and other documents will be verified at the time of counseling with respect to eligibility, category and reservation that a candidate is claiming.
  4. The claim of admission will be rejected if a candidate does not appear personally and submit the Certificates, Mark Sheets, other necessary documents at the time of Counseling.
  5. The admission may be cancelled at any time if Certificate/Mark Sheet/any other documents are found to be forged or manipulated.
  6.  A candidate will not be considered for admission, if he/she fails to substantiate his/her claim with respect to Reservation, Category, Residence, DOB, Qualification etc. with original documents at the time of counseling
  7. Submission of on-line application does not automatically confirm the right of admission to Post Diploma in Industrial Safety

One Year Full Time Regular Course

1.A recognized Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology, preferably from an Institute under UGC/AICTE recognized University securing a minimum aggregate of 55 % of marks.
OR
2. A recognized Diploma in any branch of Engineering or Technology recognized by UGC/AICTE approved University securing a minimum aggregate of 55 % of marks

2.  INTERMEDIATE CERTIFICATE & MARK SHEET.

4. CLC (COLLEGE LEAVING CERTIFICATE), CONDUCT OR TC (TRANSFER CERTIFICATE) 
5. COLOUR PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPHS ONLY 03 NOS.
6. AADHAR 
FOR OTHER STATE  CANDIDATES (Z) CATEGORY
1. HSE CERTIFICATE & MARK SHEET.
2. INTERMEDIATE CERTIFICATE & MARK SHEET.
3. DEGREE/ DIPLOMA CERTIFICATE & MARK SHEET.

The rules and regulations of the institute framed time to time must be followed strictly by the students. If any student violates the rule & regulations of the institute and indulges in any kind of in disciplinary activities shall invite serious disciplinary actions Students in need of their CLC prior to completion of the course must clear all dues of the institute, which include the total course fee. Migration certificate to be submitted by students other than of  Odisha.
